We collect product usage information needed to operate and improve Orion, including repository metadata, board and task data, deploy and app status, desktop and web session information, device and diagnostic data, log data, settings, and feature usage. When you use AI coding agents through Orion, prompts, context, tool results, and related session content may be processed to provide those features.

We use information to provide Orion, authenticate users, host and sync repositories, run deploys, operate the board and cloud features, process payments, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, reliability, and feature adoption.

Orion can route prompts, attachments, conversation or agent context, and generation requests to model providers and infrastructure services selected or required for the feature you use. In many cases you connect providers using subscriptions or credentials you already have; those providers process content under their own terms and privacy practices.

Avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable with that processing by Orion and the applicable model providers.

Orion uses third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, storage, analytics, error reporting, and similar operations. These providers receive information necessary to perform their services.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Orion.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember app preferences, secure sessions, measure usage, and improve reliability.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of Orion may not work correctly if required cookies are blocked.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

You can update account details through Orion or the authentication provider, delete content where product controls allow it, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.

If you are in a region with specific privacy rights, we will respond to applicable requests as required by law.

Orion is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
